Why I chose this topic: Why I picked Rosa Parks? I picked Rosa Parks because she made a change. She didn’t like how people were treated just because of their color skin. And i agree with that because the color skin does not matter. What matters is how the person is and how they act and there feelings. She stood up for herself she was tired of getting treated bad.
how I conducted my research: I conducted my research by looking up Rosa Parks and getting all the important details and shorting them to have them in my own words. Also the research was very helpful because there was important things I didn’t know about Rosa Parks life. The research helped me because i got more information than what i thought i would get. Now all this research is gonna get me How I created and developed my exhibit: I will develop and create my website by getting all the good information and pictures that will explain everything about Rosa Parks. With details and captions. How my project relates to the theme: My project relates to the theme “Taking A Stand In History” because Rosa Parks took a stand in history by standing up for herself. Rosa Parks was a black women who stood up for her rights because someone tried to make her move from her seat so that a white man could sit in the seat she was sitting in.People called Rosa Parks “the first lady of civil rights” and “the mother of the freedom movement” she is amazing she didn’t care what she had done but she thought it was the right thing to do. One of her quotes is “You must never be fearful about what you are doing if it's right” this is a great quote because she spoke her mind on the bus since she thought it was the right thing which made her fearful about it. Rosa Parks cared about what she thought and stood up for herself because she thought it was right.

Why I chose this topic
I chose Rosa Parks to be my topic because she is my role model. She stood up for what she believes in. She is very confident. She didn't like how people treated her just because of her skin color and I agree with that. One time in 5th grade i was playing a game on my phone when an ad popped up and it said “do you know Rosa Parks” and i was thinking in my head no. So i always wanted to do my project on her but I never did. So finally i'm doing it.
How I conducted my research:
The first thing I did to conduct my research was first I looked for good websites about Rosa Parks that I know has good information about her. Than I wrote down everything.
How I will create and developed my exhibit/website:
First I will go to google and create a website from there. Then i will write down everything down on the website and show my class.
How my project relates to the theme: My project relates to the theme because Rosa took a stand to the man who wanted to sit where she was after a long hard day at work and she said no!
The theme this year is “Taking a Stand in History”. Rosa Parks took a stand in history because she would not let a white take her spot on the bus. Rosa is known all around the world, she did not agree with the rights she had so she took a stand and changed ts is my rold model. She took a stand.
